Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Ola Cré skincare products. All packages ship via USPS and it usually takes 7-10 days for orders to arrive. Free shipping is available for orders over $50. You will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email once your package has been sent.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that all sales are final and cannot be returned if the product has been opened or used. However, if your product has been damaged during transit, I am happy to offer a full refund or exchange for a new item. Please send pictures of the damaged products to olacreskin@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
