Shake well. Apply on damp skin & massage over the entire body. Not recommended as a face moisturizer. Skin will be oily at first. Wait a few minutes before getting dressed to not transfer oils to clothing. OPT use: As a hair treatment - Rub into scalp & let sit a few mins before shampooing hair. May also rub small amount on tips of hair to soften fly-aways. Use as often as needed.
